Important Information regarding your journey:
In Austria all Autobahns and A roads are toll roads and you will need a Vignette sticker for your car. These toll stickers are available at petrol stations and cigarette shops and can be purchased for a duration of either 10 days, 2 months or a whole year. Driving in Winter means, that you need to prepare your car accordingly: winter tyres are absolutely essential, snow chains are also obligatory during certain weather conditions.
Drive safely! This time the road is not the destination. Ischgl is the destination and it is well worth it. The first après ski bar is located at Hotel Elisabeth – and the Schatzi Bar is pure cult. Here you can send a no-obligation room request for your holiday in Tyrol in Austria.
